The Hells Angels are waging a battle against Amazon.com and a small fashion house in cort over a trademark infringement.
The famous bikie Hells Angels club filed the suit in San Francisco over women’s T-shirts that boast:
“My boyfriend’s a Hells Angel”
The shirts, featuring a pair of angel wings on the back, are ripping off the gangs trademarked name and skull-and wings logo, says the lawsuit.
