Sommer, In ancient Rome, when a man testified in court he would swear on his testicles

Stupid ad; cool photography. Nothing wrong with that, it is a clothes ad after all. Cool, fun ads of young adults and teenagers being shitty to their family. I like the wide shots with allot of great detail on the set, kind of cool models casting too. The images are really fun here and I suppose hit the market it’s ” Sommers people” versus the “boring & ugly people”.

It’s a bit Diesel but less militaristic and allot more disrespectful (not quite rebellious) kids and parents thing. Sommers is a large clothing chain in Brazil so I guess that is appropriate.

It is good to have the whole story or a little editorial for a campaign for a product like that.

  1. Guess it went over my head – I don’t understand the paper bags with faces? What does that have to do with clothes??? That being said, the outfits on the pretty chick really stand out – oh maybe that is the point of the paper bags :)

  2. The point is the cool sommer people confronting their boring versions. The faces on the papper bags are just a detail, I don’t think they have significance.
