An Idaho river has finally run ouf of toilet paper. Environment crews jusf finished removing massive rolls of unprocessed toilet paper that fell off a truck weeks ago and and were in the Lochsa River. Earlier attempts to pull out the paperfailed when it began disintegrating, creating an even bigger mess. This time, the rolls were wrapped in a reinforced mesh before they were pulled out by a tow truck.
