Read from left to right — coming out of the (untrained) mouth is ugly noise: crying babies, loudspeakers, firecrackers, various animals… then it’s processed through the music school, and it comes out as ethereal music before it reaches the ear.
Doesn’t quite make sense, since of course it’s the voice behind the mouth that needs to be trained, but I’m sure that’s the idea; you may sound like a yowling cat now but you can be transformed into a skilled vocal performer.
